- Is CYBERREADY 001 really free?
- Yes. It is free for selected participants and funded by sponsors and partners.
- Who can apply?
- Adults (18+) in and around Anambra: students, graduates, NYSC members, young professionals and small business owners. Places are limited to 50 and participants are selected.
- Do I get a certificate?
- Participants receive a certificate of participation. This recognises attendance. It is not a professional cybersecurity certification.
- Will you teach me to hack?
- The programme is about awareness and defence. Any attack demonstrations use fictional data in controlled settings to show how to protect yourself.
- What is the mentorship?
- An optional six-week pathway after the event for participants who want to go further. It is a learning pathway and does not promise jobs or certification.
- How are participants selected?
- We review applications and select a mix of applicants who will benefit most. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
